Once an order has been placed your hair order cannot be cancelled.

Billing Policy: Please note that you’re billing, and shipping address must MATCH. If not, the payment WILL be declined.

Exchange/Return Policy: Due to Covid 19, as well as Health & Safety protocols we will not be taking returns unless you have received the wrong order, in that case you will be offered an exchange item OR a refund. ONE option, Your choice.

*Under any circumstances we will NOT accept Returns or Exchanges on any used, worn, or altered with hair. Everything MUST BE in its ORIGINAL state including packaging and hair tags*

Refund Policy: We have a strict NO Refund Policy. After order is placed you can NOT cancel or ask for refund because the order has already been placed. If in any rare case the customer receives an order and the hair is destroyed, used, or non-functionable or the incorrect order then by any means a refund will be available BUT everything must still be in its original state.

Shipping & Processing Policy: Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, all hair orders may take up to (5-12 business days) to ship after tracking number is received. (4) days to receive tracking, (8) days for delivery. We trust in USPS and DHL to deliver your TLuxHair in a safe and timely manner.

NOTE: Ladies it is advised that you give your hair order enough time to arrive. If you have a deadline that you may need your product for, order your hair ahead of time. To save us the unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.

We are NOT responsible for any packages lost in transit or stolen upon delivery. All our packages will require for every customer to sign their signature. To avoid disappointments please ensure that you will be at the delivery address. If, in any case you will not be at the address listed at the time of delivery, please contact the shipping carrier to reschedule your delivery or allow you to pick-up from carrier facility*.

Pick-up/Drop-off Option: Pick-up & Drop-off will be available for customers in the NYC area. ALL pickup and drop-off orders have a flat fee of $25. The hair prices DO NOT include the delivery fee, fee must be sent right after order is placed.

Only hair units that are labeled “ON HAND” will be available for pickup/drop-off.

*Unless you have checked off delivery/pickup option at checkout*

Ex: If you’ve placed an order that is NOT on hand and want that order to be dropped off or picked up then this applies to you as well.

 

Drop-off Option: Sunday (11AM- 7PM) Wednesday-Friday | 6PM- 9PM est.

NYC Area (Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx)
Payment must be paid in full before option is available!
NO CASH PAYMENTS upon delivery/pick-up
Photo ID is required for drop-off (s). (To ensure I am dropping off the right order to the right person)
You will receive drop-off date & time will be sent to contact number registered after order is placed.  
MUST HAVE INFO: Drop off ADDRESS, MOBILE NUMBER, FULL NAME, AS WELL AS INSTAGRAM NAME.

*WAIT TIME: 15 minutes MAX

* If customer is not outside in 15 minutes after set time, option will be then to pick-up order or have it delivered through mail. * In most cases we deliver more than one hair order in a day, so delayed time will result in every other customerdelivery time to be delayed.

* Delivery Fees are never refundable *

Please be outside when delivery driver arrives (Unless you are a hairstylist, I understand you cannot stop what you are doing if you’re with a client) we will NOT physically go in anyone’s home/property or apartment building, to drop off hair so please be outside. I will ALWAYS let customer know when I am 10 minutes away from delivery address, so it leaves customer enough time to prepare to meet at location.

 

Pick-Up Option: Sunday (11AM-8PM) | Wednesday-Friday (6:30PM -9PM EST.)

Pick-up Address will be sent to contact number registered after order is placed.
Payment must be paid in full before option becomes available!

Photo ID is required for pick-up(s). (To ensure I am giving the right order to the right person)
MUST HAVE INFO: MOBILE NUMBER, FULL NAME, AS WELL AS INSTAGRAM NAME.
Upon arrival park and text pickup number, what care you are in and that you are outside of pickup location.
